What do I get for $100 a month?
The weekly AI Exchange sessions, one guaranteed workshop seat every month, extra guaranteed seats at $99 each, every workshop’s waitlist, Mentor Office Hours, every replay and unlimited Agent Lab.
I already have space at Workuity. Do I need a membership?
No. The AI Exchange comes with your space: private office members get the Seat level, and coworking members get the Advantage level. Sign in with the email you use at Workuity.
What happens at a weekly session?
Every Tuesday at Biltmore and Wednesday at Chandler, at noon, a speaker takes on a new topic. The sessions are free to attend with an RSVP, for members and visitors alike. See what's coming.
What is a qualifying workshop?
A workshop a Council member runs as part of the Exchange, four or eight hours. All workshops qualify unless the listing says otherwise.
How long is a workshop, and how many places does it have?
Four or eight hours, and an eight-hour workshop can run over two afternoons. Each listing shows its dates, times and places.
Do unused bookings roll over?
No. Each month's workshop is one that runs in that month.
What does a second workshop in a month cost?
$99 for an extra guaranteed seat. Or join that workshop’s waitlist, free: open seats go to the waitlist 24 hours before. Cancel free up to 24 hours before.
What if a workshop is full?
Join the waitlist, free. Open seats go to it 24 hours before the workshop, and we email you if a place opens. Rooms hold 16 at Biltmore and 22 at Chandler.
What's in a replay?
Each replay has the session video in chapters and the deck, with the prompts where the speaker shared them. Members get every replay; a free account includes two.
How do Mentor Office Hours work?
One-on-one time with mentors from the Workuity Arizona AI Council, Tuesdays at Biltmore and Wednesdays at Chandler, 1 to 5 PM. Stop by during those hours. See Mentor Office Hours.
When does billing start, and when does my workshop reset?
The Seat bills from the day you join, and its workshop resets on each billing date. Advantage is billed by Workuity on the 1st of each month, so its workshop resets on the 1st. Either way, you get the full month’s workshop at once.
What does Advantage add?
A coworking seat at Workuity. It's set up with coworking on workuity.com .
How do I cancel?
Cancel the Seat anytime: the next charge stops, and your membership runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for. Advantage needs 30 days’ notice, like Workuity’s other coworking memberships, with no proration: if you cancel mid-month, you pay on the next 1st, then billing stops.
